Terms of Use Agreement - Introduction:


Our online store welcomes you and informs you that below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all the legal consequences that result from your use of the store's services via the Internet through this electronic platform. Any person using the store, whether as a consumer of a service or product or otherwise, constitutes agreement and full legal, statutory, and regulatory acceptance of all the provisions and clauses of this agreement. It also affirms your commitment to its systems and contents. This agreement applies to all types of interactions between the consumer and the store and is considered effective and enforceable once you agree to it and begin registration on the store, pursuant to Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.


Article 1 – Introduction and Definitions:

The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement. Below are the definitions of key terms used in this agreement:

  1. (Store): This includes all forms of the store on the internet, whether an electronic application, a website, or a physical retail location.
  2. (Consumer): The person engaged in e-commerce with the intention of obtaining products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
  3. (Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions herein, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.


Article 2 – Legal Capacity of the Consumer:

  1. The consumer affirms that they have the legal capacity, both religiously and legally, to interact with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.
  2. The consumer agrees that, in case of a violation of this article, they shall bear the consequences of such violation towards third parties.


Article 3 – Nature of Obligation:

  1. The store's obligation to consumers is to provide the (service or product).
  2. The store may offer additional services such as after-sales support, depending on the nature and type of the (service or product) requested by the consumer.


Article 4 – Usage Regulations:

  1. The consumer agrees to use the store's electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the regulations in force in Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer agrees not to use any service or product purchased from the store in a way that violates public morals or Saudi laws.


Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

By applying for membership in this store, you are required to disclose certain information and select a username and password to access store services. By doing so, you agree to:

  1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and agree to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account information.
  2. The store is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss (emotional or material) resulting from disclosure of your username or password.
  3. You are fully responsible for the use of your account. If someone else uses it, it is considered as though you authorized them to act on your behalf.
  4. You agree to use the store seriously and honestly.
  5. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, updated, and lawful information during registration and update it when necessary.
  6. Our store commits to treating your personal and contact information with strict confidentiality.
  7. If it becomes evident that you provided false, outdated, incomplete, or illegal information, the store reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership or account, without prejudice to its other legal rights.
  8. If you fail to comply with any of the above, the store's administration has the right to block or cancel your access or membership.


Article 6 – Electronic Communication and Official Contact Methods:

  1. The parties agree that communication will be via the registered email address on the platform.
  2. The consumer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically shall serve as their written equivalents and are legally binding.
  3. The consumer agrees that they may be contacted or notified of any matters related to this agreement or their dealings via public or targeted messages from the store’s administration.


Article 7 – Amendments to Terms and Fees:

  1. If any clause or provision of this agreement is void or no longer effective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains intact.
  2. This agreement, which may be updated occasionally, forms the operational mechanism and understanding between the consumer and the store.
  3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on the products or services requested, or based on government-imposed taxes or charges.
  4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or discount any fees or charges under the terms of this agreement, regardless of the reason for registration.


Article 8 – Payment and Billing Services:

  1. The store offers a payment system through its partners, either fully online or through other methods as made available from time to time.
  2. The store commits to setting fair prices for its services or products based on market standards.
  3. The store commits to issuing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers for all financial transactions and to provide purchase receipts to the consumer.
  4. The store commits to applying standard accounting practices in its e-store in accordance with this agreement and applicable commercial, economic, and legal interests.


Article 9 – Intellectual Property:

  1. The intellectual property rights of the store are wholly owned by the store, whether created before or after the establishment of the platform.
  2. The consumer shall respect the intellectual property rights of the store, including its name, logos, and trademarks, all of which are fully owned intellectual property of the store.


Article 10 – Store Responsibility:

  1. The store commits to conducting business legally and in compliance with applicable Saudi regulations and this agreement.
  2. The store is not responsible for claims resulting from errors or negligence, whether directly or indirectly, by the consumer or third parties like shipping companies.
  3. The store and its owners and representatives commit to ensuring that the (product or service) is lawful, authorized, and compliant with Saudi regulations.


Article 11 – Access or Membership Restrictions:

The store may suspend or cancel a consumer's membership or restrict access to the platform’s services at any time without notice and for any reason.


Article 12 – Governing Law:

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to its legal authorities.


Article 13 – General Provisions:

If any provision in this agreement is void or no longer valid, the remainder of the agreement remains effective unless otherwise announced by the store.

This Terms of Use Agreement, which may be amended from time to time, constitutes the full understanding and contractual relationship between the store and the consumer. The parties agree to the following:

  1. Arabic is the language of reference for interpreting or translating this agreement.
  2. Prices displayed for products and services are subject to change.
  3. Promotional or marketing offers by the store are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  4. The parties agree to engage with each other in a manner that does not violate Islamic principles or Saudi laws.
  5. This agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store’s administration.
